KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
• Holds a master degree in Economics 
• Possesses a relevant experience in Key Account Management in a multinational company and understands Modern Trade KPIs 
• Has a solid financial acumen and is P&L driven 
• Displays excellent interpersonal communication skills, both internally and externally
• Has a solid and proven success track record
• Is genuinely proactive and result-oriented
• Is able to negotiate win-win business solutions with strategic partners in Modern Trade
• Being a dynamic person strives to achieve perfection day in and day out
• Communicates comfortably in English
• Has a solid computer literacy
• Drives safely and has a driving license type B

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Key Account Manager plays a strategic role in our company. The person in charge will manage the business and the relationship with a set of Modern Trade customers reporting to the Head of the Key Account Department. We expect the following:

• Deliver revenue and EBITDA targets in line with company strategic annual plan
• Sustain and expand our portfolio of brands/SKUs in the respective set of customers
• Bring to life our promotional strategies at the point of sale
• Achieve leading in-store sales fundamentals thus contributing to our market leadership position 
• Disciplined compliance with our company go to market approach and commercial policies 
• Strive to improve our current business in every aspect of day to day operations 
• Be in touch with market reality, stay close to field sales force and provide valuable feedback internally

ОРГАНИЗАТОР ПРОДАЖБИ И МЪРЧЪНДАЙЗИНГ

ОСНОВНИ ОТГОВОРНОСТИ:
• Отговаря за обезпечаването и наличието на продуктите на „Белла България” АД на пазара;
• Отговаря за доброто представяне на тези продукти в търговските обекти в даден район;
• Консултира клиентите по отношение на предстоящи рекламни кампании и промоции;
• Следи за правилно поддържане на постоянното качество на продуктите и експлоатацията;
• Контролира и организира провежданите маркетингови активности на компанията.

ОСНОВНИ ИЗИСКВАНИЯ:
• Средно образование;
• Опит в продажбите на бързооборотни стоки минимум 1 година;
• Свидетелство за управление на МПС, кат."В";
• Отлични търговски и презентационни умения; 
• Умения за работа в екип;
• Добри комуникативни умения;
• Умения за работа с клиенти.

БРАНД МЕНИДЖЪР

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Strategic planning, management and development of the assigned brand;
• Managing and taking responsibility for the overall development and management of the brand portfolio;
• Organizing, controlling and analyzing marketing, advertising and commercial activities;
• Overall monitoring of the market progress and competition;
• Analyzing marketing research and preparing regular reports on the development of the products and their position on the market;
• Analyzing brand sales and preparing monthly reports on implementation of the annual sales plan;
• Responsible for the product training of the sales team.

REQUIREMENTS:
• University degree in marketing or related field;
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience is required /preferably in food and beverage sector/;
• Knowledge in the field of marketing communications and researches;
• Excellent time management and communication skills;
• Team player;
• Analytical mind, strategic thinking and results oriented personality;
• Be fluent in English;
• Excellent computer skills in MS office;
• Clean driving license;
