The new delicatessen is prepared of specially selected meat in a proportion offering a unique culinary temptation. Whole pieces of lean meat, finely spiced with coarsely ground black pepper are put into the delicatessen dry salami “Perelik”. Added to them is a balanced mixture of spices, giving the salami a unique flavour. The uniqueness of this product is supplemented by its delicate smoking of beech-tree – a fact that distinguishes the dry salamis “Perelik” from all similar products available on the market.
