Tart with apricots
Products:
300 gr. puff pastry „BELLA”, puff pastry, 1 kilo of apricots, 1 tablespoon of oat flakes, 200 gr. of ground walnuts, 350 gr. of sugar, 2 eggs, 100 gr. of margarine BELLA
Preparation:
Spread the puff pastry with slightly lifted ends and prick with a fork. 125 gr. of the ground walnut are mixed with the margarine and 80 gr. of sugar. Add the eggs to the buttery paste. The so prepared cream is poured over the puff pastry and is sprinkled with the oat flakes. The apricots (stoneless) are put over the cream and the rest of the ground walnut is put over them. Sprinkle with 80 gr. of sugar and bake in pre-heated oven at 200 ºС for 40 min. Let the apricot tart cool down and then pour with caramel prepared by the rest of the sugar and 1 tablespoon of water.
