Products: 1 kg of puff pastry „BELLA”, home-made jam, cream for decoration, white of an egg

Preparation: Spread carefully the puff pastry. Shape out circles with the help of rings and with the smaller in diameter rings cut out circles with a whole inside. Stick the circles with a hole to the whole circles with the white of the egg and bake them in a pre-heated oven at 200 ºС. Baking done spread some jam over them. Then decorate the cake by spraying some cream and after that put some jam again over the cream.
