Bella Chinese Vegetables
Products for 4 portions:
200 gr of spaghetti No. 11, 2 vegetable marrows, 1 cucumber, 200 gr of Chinese cabbage, 1 package of vegetable mixture, 150 gr of Bella margarine, 1 onion, 2-3 cloves of garlic, salt, pepper, soybean sauce
For the sweet-sour sauce:
1 teacup of water, ½ tablespoon of honey, ½ tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of ketchup
Making:
In a deep teflon frying pan fry the spaghetti in the hot margarine until they become golden in colour by constantly mixing them. Then filter the spaghetti of the margarine and place them in a separate utensil. Fry the vegetables together with the onion, the garlic and the vegetable mix, cut into stripes, by constantly mixing them (in the margarine where You fried the spaghetti) until they become soft. After this season them by adding salt, pepper to taste and soybean sauce. Add the spaghetti to the vegetable mixture and leave it boiling for a couple of minutes. The sauce is made by mixing all products and leaving the mixture to boil for approximately 10 minutes. The ready then dish is poured with the sweet-sour sauce and covered in order to stew well. When serving the dish, You can arrange it with some dill.
