The production of paste and culinary articles is carried out in a factory located in the village of Kostievo which is 16 km far from Plovdiv.

Production departments, a warehouse, a parking lot and service for repair of its transportation vehicles that are more than 135 trucks and cars are located on an area of 12 dca.

The production premises are divided in different sections as per the production:

- Factory for rolled pastry – at the moment the production of rolled pastry is carried out with ten conveyers for rolled pastry comprising machines for manufacturing rolled pastry, namely extruders. The equipment used is the most modern and at a world level. The integrated NASSR and ISO systems for control and tracing the quality require constant control of the production process: there are cameras that follow if there is any deviation in quality, and raw materials used pass a laboratory analysis. The cycle for control of supplied raw materials is closed completely after the basic raw material, i.e. flour is obtained in own milling unit from special wheat preliminary negotiated with farmers.

- Puff pastry department – six conveyers of the Italian company “ES Mash” provide constant availability of Bella puff pastry on the Bulgarian market and a special machine for production of puff pastry rolls with filling /“Sotoria”, Italy/ finishes the entire appearance of this department.
