The factory in the town of Yambol for processing vegetable oils and production of oil products including Refinery for liquid oils and department for margarine is located on an area of 130 dca in the industrial part of the town.

- In August 2004 the first stage of production of “Brilliant” and “Alton” refined oil was completed. The process of refining is constant and it is designed on the most modern technology for refining vegetable oils. The refinery is equipped with machines and devices from “Alfa-Laval”, Sweden, as well as “Gianazza”, Italy. The sunflower oil refined meets all European norms for quality. Unibel Refinery entirely satisfies the needs of the factory for margarine produced from refined sunflower oil with the highest quality and it exports for Greece and Albaniia.

- The factory for margarine together with the Greek Company Pettas Hellas /which is a leader in the production of margarine for industrial purposes in Greece/ has become the most modern factory for production of margarines and other oil products on the Balkans. One conveyor for production of industrial margarines has been working already which is manufactured by „Gerstenberg & Agger”, Denmark. The conveyor for production of table margarines is that of the English company “APV England” and it is organized as per the most modern technologies – the subjective human factor is replaced by a computer control system. Conveyor for shortening has also been completed – alternative oil product used in bakery and in the production of other foodstuffs. It is an American invention not developed in our country so far. Another conveyor for any kinds of margarine has been installed. It is equipped with machines and devices from the English company “Chemtech” (“APV”). The production is finished with special rotation dosing devices. All raw materials used for production are delivered from abroad accompanied by sanitary certificates. Each incoming raw material, as well as the ready product compulsory passes a laboratory analysis.
