Elza Markova – Woman of the Year

The special Good Heart Award of the GRAZIA magazine Woman of the Year contest was awarded to Elza Markova, Executive Director of Bella Bulgaria. The award is given for active social engagement of the food holding, especially for its efforts to create more safe playgrounds for the children of Bulgaria. Within the social More Safe Places for Happy Play project, playgrounds were built in various cities throughout year and hundreds of children are now enjoying the new convenient and attractive playgrounds.
The company is committed to a long-term engagement with this initiative and plans to continue construction works in 2011. Settlements to receive a playground from Bella Bulgaria will also be selected entirely by the parents who will give their vote at the project website.
