Bella Academy is our corporate university. We developed it in response to the business needs and the ever faster developing world of well-trained staff that continuously develop and improve their skills.
An excellent diploma from the university is no longer a guarantee of successful development of professional skills and the goal of Bella Academy is just that – to develop professional teams in the name of achieving the overall business and corporate purposes.
Bella Academy has three directions – in-house trainings, intended for internal teams; external trainings – offered to partners; and trainings for young professionals – scholarship programs, master classes, and practices at the production sites of BELLA.
