Compliance of Bella Bulgaria with the uniform European regulatory requirements, according to Regulation 2016/679 (General Regulation on Personal Data Protection, GDPR)

Bella Bulgaria serves personal data of employees and contractors, with their informed consent, voluntarily and unambiguously stated either personally or through the activities of a natural or legal person who has explicit official or legal powers to process this data and provide it to Bella Bulgaria.

The term of data storage - up to 12 months after the expiration of the statutory storage periods or up to 12 months after the elimination of the need for the purpose of the processing of personal data.

The subjects of the respective personal data may exercise their access rights, update, correct, limit the data for processing or delete the data by contacting the official for protection of personal data in "Bella Bulgaria" on the specified e-mail. The Data Protection Officer of Bella Bulgaria shall reply in writing to all letters in connection with the exercise of the right by the data subjects within one month from the receipt of the written request.

Bella Bulgaria does not profile data and does not make automated decisions.

Bella Bulgaria informs the employees that video surveillance of the workplace and control of the office equipment for electronic communication and printing at the workplace (Internet, centralized printing, telephone, mobile phone) is carried out in order to prevent abuse.
