Bella Bulgaria extends the production of pastry products

Bella Bulgaria food holding continues to develop the production of pastry under the BELLA brand and invests in the construction of a second specialized factory in Svilengrad, where the production of frozen pastry is expected to be concentrated. For this purpose a full optimization of production and logistics in Svilengrad is planed and along with the opening of new job places.
“The goal of this optimization is to increase the production capacity and efficiency and the frozen pastry logistics” said the Executive Director of Bella Bulgaria, Elza Markova, in regard to that business expansion.
Bella Bulgaria is the largest producer of frozen pastry products within the country and holds 40% of the market of frozen pastry products in Romania. It has a fully developed distribution network in Greece. The company entered the market of prepared frozen products in 2007 by including in its assortment ready to bake patties made of filo pastry and puff dough. With these proposals, the brand introduced a similar type of “friendly products” on the Bulgarian market. They come in two sizes - large and small pastry patties, with different fillings.
