BELLA Presents Its Best Health and Safety Practices at Work

BELLA investments in improving working conditions for the employees in last year is over BGN 140,000. The news was announced during the National Conference 'Healthy Workplaces. Working Together for Risk Prevention', which was held today in Sofia. Seven leading Bulgarian companies shared their best practices in the provision of safe and healthy working conditions. The forum was organized by the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy.
‘Life, health and performance of employees is a priority for our company. We believe in the idea of equality between decent and safe working conditions’, said Eugene Maystorov, Head of Safe and Healthy Working Conditions departament at BELLA. The holding has an integrated approach to the well-being at work. This activity is regulated by the in-house standard, which describes the specific requirements and obligations of those who are engaged in the process.
