An atmosphere of inspiration and determination marked this year’s edition of the Career Compass, organized by the University of Food Technologies in Plovdiv. Among the representatives of top employers, the team from Bella Bulgaria stood out with a special participant – Lilia Mitreva – a world bronze medallist in taekwondo (Italy, 2025) and European silver medallist (Estonia, 2025).

Lilia actively participated in presenting Bella Bulgaria as part of the company’s talent acquisition team. She shared with the dozens of visitors at the company’s booth how achievements in sports and professional development can go hand in hand.
