The corporate social responsibility is the basis for the sustainable business development of BELLA. The food company fulfills its commitments as a responsible citizen by actively working with its employees, partners and the public for causes for solving important social problems.

With its active work on projects dedicated on the sustainable development of society, economy and environmental protection, and through programs of corporate social responsibility, BELLA is among the members of the Bulgarian Business Leaders Forum and the Green Circle of the Manager Magazine.

We apply regular internal and external mechanisms for monitoring of the attitudes towards the social commitments of our company. We take into consideration and plan our activities in accordance with the registered expectations.

This is the principle that BELLA follows for the implementation of its policies in the public interest. The company integrates the principles of the corporate social responsibility into its daily business.

We create and develop innovative brands with long-term strategic commitment to social and environmental projects. With care for the health and the nutrition needs of people, our leading brand Sachi launched the first series of meat products with reduced fat and salt content (Sachi Good for You) and functional children foods (Sachi for Children). The team of brand Perelik planted 1,000 trees and ennobled the burned forests below the eponymous peak in the Rhodopes mountain. Our leading brand BELLA donated 12 children’s playgrounds in different cities of the country, chosen by the parents.

BELLA’s employees are among the most active ambassadors of the goodwill and the commitment of the company. They perform their functions in accordance with the BELLA Code of Ethics, which promotes the application of the highest standards and business practices in the daily activities.
