Bella Academy with HR Award

The Bella Bulgaria's project Bella Academy won the annual prize of The Bulgarian Human Resources Management and Development Association (BHRMDA) in the Learning and Development category. Competitors of the food holding were Coca Cola HBC, IBM, Piraeus Bank and PAC Doverie.
Bella Academy project is aimed at development of long-term relationships with customers. Over 300 employees engaged in the company’s commercial structures in the country participated in it. The project was implemented entirely with internal resources.
‘Bella Academy is an innovative business solution because it creates additional benefits for our business partners’, said Mrs Zlatislava Medarova, HR Director at the company.
Traditionally BHRMDA's recognizes the successful HR practices in Bulgaria on an annual base.
