Bella Bulgaria Strengthens Its Presence on the Middle East Markets

The food processor Bella Bulgaria registered one of the most successful, of series participations, in GULFOOD 2013 (Dubai, United Arab Emirates). Companies from Jordan, Lebanon, Egypt, Iraq, United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia declared their strong interest in partnerships. Businessmen from the USA and France were also interested in frozen rolled banitsa (filo pastry) and mini pies BELLA and dairy products of Riltsi dairy factory, which representative abroad is Bella Bulgaria.

Trends show the demand of frozen products, easy to prepare at home, increases, say Bella Bulgaria’s representatives at the exhibition. There is a great interest in the frozen bread that soon will be included into the company’s portfolio.

‘We made some deals and expect to finalize more partnerships’, commented Ivan Boyadjiev, Expansion Manager at Bella Bulgaria. He pointed that this year at GULFOOD, the company has entered in contacts with more than 500 new potential business partners. According to him, the food company participation in the exhibition is like a gateway to the markets in the Middle East, North and South America, India and more countries from the Commonwealth of Independent States (a market with 31 countries and two billions consumers). It is in support of the Bulgarian producers plan for a serious entry in the region with a double-digit growth in the exports of all markets (including traditional markets) in 2013.
