“Bella Bulgaria” with an award for innovation

The food company "Bella Bulgaria" received an award for the development of innovative products during the jubilee tenth European Forum of Social and Solidarity Economists titled "Fair, Adequate and Transforming Social Economy", which is held in Plovdiv (20-21 June 2022 , Plovdiv Fair, Palace 11). The award was presented to the company's executive director Elza Markova by Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Policy Julieta Varlyakova.
"I am honored to receive this award! This is a high assessment for Bella Bulgaria for the active role of the company in the production and development of various foods using innovative technologies and patents, representing a world novelty and based on environmental sustainability", said Elza Markova during the award ceremony.
The tenth anniversary edition of the High International Social Forum was held with the participation of 150 organizations from around the world. Official guests of the event were the Commissioner for Jobs and Social Rights of the EC Nikola Schmidt and representatives of Bulgarian state institutions, including Vice President Iliana Yotova, Minister of Social Affairs Georgi Gokov, Minister of Innovation and Growth Daniel Lorer, Minister of Agriculture Ivan Ivanov, Minister of Agriculture tourism Hristo Prodanov, the executive director of the Employment Agency Smilen Valov, the ombudsman Diana Kovacheva, mayors of municipalities.
