BELLA New Products Won Quality Awards from the UFI

Two products of BELLA were awarded with the Quality Diplomas of the Union of Food Industry (UFI) during the Eleventh National Scientific-Practical Conference ‘The Food Industry in Bulgaria - Today and Tomorrow’, held under the patronage of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food in Sofia.

Traditionally UFI conferences commemorate the Day of the Food Industry. The celebration is accompanied by distinguishing of the most successful new products launched in the past year. Among this year's award-winning products are margarine with butter and sheets for balkava and sweets BELLA.

Prof. Pantalei Denev, Deputy Rector of the University of Food Technologies (Plovdiv), bestowed the awards on the Production Director Atanas Urdzhanov.

About the products:
BELLA margarine with butter - 60% fat, of which 7.4% butter. Suitable for spreading and cooking. Combines the lightness of margarine (easy to spread), with the dense and loved taste of butter. Without hydrogenated fat with a low content of saturated fatty acids and calories (compared with pure butter).
BELLA sheets for baklava and sweets - Extra finely rolled suitable for making both baklava and countless cakes - sweet pies, strudels, pies with unlimited variety of shapes and fillings, cakes, sweets and other. More elastic sheets, easy to work with formation of the product; thinner and finer; with a pleasant butter scent; sweeter. Packaged in a protective atmosphere (fresh pack), which retains the product characteristics and qualities.
